How We Got Here
Mike Thornton started Ridgeline after spending a decade fixing other companies' mistakes. Bad installs, sloppy wiring, furnaces that shouldn't have passed inspection. He figured Cedar Valley deserved better.
The first year was just Mike and a truck. By year three, word of mouth had built a six-person crew. Today we're twelve technicians strong — all local, all licensed, most of them here five years or more.
We've never taken venture capital, never franchised, never run a Groupon. Every dollar of growth came from doing the job right and having customers tell their neighbors.
